Our systems stop at the judgment call. They prepare it, lay out what they found and what it means, and never make it for you. Approving the message, accepting the condition, scheduling the review: that is the person's job, and we design so it stays that way.
Permissions live in the data.
Who may see a field is decided where the data lives, not in a screen that can be bypassed. A borrower, a client or a teacher never receives what isn't theirs, because it was never sent.
Built at the desk.
We design with the people who do the work, on their real files, inside the systems they already run. If it doesn't fit the way a processor, an agent or a case manager actually spends a Tuesday, it doesn't ship.

- Mortgage teams. Borrower document sorting and condition tracking before a processor spends time on a file, and plain-English milestone updates that end the panic calls.
- Real estate agents. Inbound leads answered within a minute and qualified, ratified contracts audited page by page, showings booked on the calendar.
- Agents and loan officers together. One shared deal card with live status, so nobody texts anybody for an appraisal update again.
- School districts. IEP and Section 504 compliance, Medicaid consent, transfer records and reimbursement batches, so the administrative team spends its day on students.

You bring a file you would hand off: a borrower's uploads, a ratified contract, a consent list. We show what it looks like handled, and we decide together whether to build it. Early customers are design partners: a few sessions, redacted samples, and a shared definition of what "done" means for your desk.
