What this site collects.

What we collect

The contact form. If you ask for a demo we receive what you type: your name, work email, organization, which field you work in, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the session you asked for. It is not added to a marketing list and not shared with anyone outside Experinova.

The request box and the product panel. Everything you type into the request box on the homepage is processed in your browser and never sent to us. The product panel shows fictional files only.

Analytics. This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social-media tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page views and load times without identifying visitors or following them across sites.

Who handles it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email to hello@experinova.com is handled by Google Workspace. The contact form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, which holds a copy of your submission only to deliver it and filter spam. None of these providers use your message for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we are talking with you about a demo or a project, and delete them when the conversation is closed unless you become a customer, in which case they move to our customer records.

Your choices

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@experinova.com and we will answer within a few business days.

Client and student data

This website is not where client files, borrower documents or student records are handled. Those live in isolated systems built to the controls described on our trust line, under agreements with the organizations that own them. Nothing on this public site touches that data.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
