What this site collects.
Not much, and nothing behind your back. This page says exactly what happens to information you give us here. Last updated 2 November 2026.
What we collect
The contact form. If you ask for a demo we receive what you type: your name, work email, organization, which field you work in, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the session you asked for. It is not added to a marketing list and not shared with anyone outside Experinova.
The request box and the product panel. Everything you type into the request box on the homepage is processed in your browser and never sent to us. The product panel shows fictional files only.
Analytics. This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social-media tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page views and load times without identifying visitors or following them across sites.
Who handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email to hello@experinova.com and support@experinova.com is handled by Google Workspace. We may use Claude, an AI assistant from Anthropic, to help us read and reply to it; Anthropic's commercial terms do not allow your message to be used to train its models. The contact form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, which holds a copy of your submission only to deliver it and filter spam. None of these providers use your message for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we are talking with you about a demo or a project, and delete them when the conversation is closed unless you become a customer, in which case they move to our customer records.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@experinova.com and we will answer within a few business days.
Our Trust Center
Our Trust Center at trust.experinova.com runs on Vanta, a compliance service. Anyone can read the page. If you ask for access to its documents, Vanta receives what you type: your name, work email, company and reason. It also records which documents you open. We use this to decide on your request and to know who holds copies of our documents. To have your details removed, write to hello@experinova.com and we delete them in Vanta.
Client and student data
This website is not where client files, borrower documents or student records are handled. Those live in isolated systems built to the controls described on our security page, under agreements with the organizations that own them. Nothing on this public site touches that data.
Text messages
Where a customer of ours runs their business on our product, that business may text you from a number registered in its name: a reply to a message you sent it first, or a notice about your own tenancy, file or appointment under an agreement you signed with it. Every such text is either a direct reply to you or approved by a member of that business's staff before it is sent. Nobody is texted who did not write first or agree first.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to end texts from that business at once; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies with your own conversation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
